who pays for these services?
PPEC services are covered by Medicaid, once recommended by the child’s physician through a prescription or letter of medical necessity.
This process is very easy and should not take longer than 30 minutes to begin the start-up process. Our staff will provide you with the guidance needed in the enrollment process.
What did PPEC stand for Again?
PPEC stands for Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care. The Playground PPEC offers a stimulating, social, and nurturing alternative health care choice to families and children with medically-complex conditions to receive continual medical care in a non-residential setting.
